What I think of the technology class...

Well, I have to admit that I did enjoy making the personal blog. It really is a nice place to display some of my drawings, so people can actually see my work, instead of having it lay around in my room or in a notebook, where it never is seen by other people than my friends. Plus, to me it doesn’t really feel like work, it’s just basically building a place where people can enjoy my art or other art sent in by others. It gets one’s attention considering how relatively easy it is to make a blog, well, if you know quite a bit about computers and other websites that do things like blogs, like maybe facebook or tumblr. It’s a different activity cause it’s not something you do everyday, unless you already blogged before, in that case, it’s just improving your blogging abilities. I could say that I learned a few new things, nothing big really, but it kind of does make a difference on the way I use the internet. I know this, because now I actually read what people post on their blogs or websites and I try to analyze it in the nicest way possible. Basically criticizing but in the best way possible, I would think. I learned that if you comment on something, you don’t need to be mean to get a point across. Basically, that just putting the information out there is enough, and that eventually makes the person who posted get curious and try to improve the way they do their blogging thing. I’d say some people have the education to do things nicely and well, but they’re too caught up in the next big thing or just really don’t notice their mistakes. And that takes a toll on the way they behave on the internet or in real life. It also is helping me record my progress in my pre-calculus class, showing how I have progressed in the last few months. So after all, I guess this is kind of helping us to find a way of getting stuff done right, and helps us consider more things than ourselves. I guess that’s really all I have to say.
